Roll Over Data

1. What is the Roll Over Data feature and which plans does it apply to?

The Roll Over Data feature allows a portion of your unused data from the current plan period to carry over to the next period, provided you renew or continue the same eligible plan.

Mobile Prepaid Data Plans:

It applies specifically to the listed 30 Days Mobile prepaid Gutpela Data plans (K50 40GB, K100 90GB, K150 130GB). Starting January 13th, 2026 subscriptions to these 30 Days data plans will have allowance for 30% of unused data at the end of the plan expiry to extend for up to 7 Days.

Postpaid Data Plans:

Roll Over data for now is applicable on various Xtreme Blazer Capped/Uncapped Plans from 20GB to 1TB, Corporate Plus Postpaid Data Plans from 40 to 350, and Corporate Plus PUG Data Plans from 120 to 350). The Roll Over Data feature will take effect on the next bill cycle (in February 2026). This means that 30% of any unused data from these mentioned plans come end of February will roll over into March Bill Cycle and valid for use for 30 Days.

2. How much unused data can roll over to the next period?

For all eligible plans, 30% of your unused data at the end of the plan validity or bill cycle will roll over. This applies uniformly across both prepaid and postpaid plans, but only if you renew or maintain the same plan.

3. What is the validity period for rolled over data in prepaid plans?

In the specified prepaid Mobile Gutpela Data Plans (K50, K100, K150), rolled over data is valid for 7 days from when the plan expires. The subscriber can re-subscribe to the new 30 Days data plan plus be able to use the portion of the unused data from the previous subscription as a free bonus.

4. How does the validity of rolled over data differ for postpaid plans?

For all listed postpaid plans, including Xtreme Blazer Capped/Uncapped and Corporate Plus/Postpaid/PUG Data Plans, rolled over data is valid for 30 days, aligning with the monthly bill cycle. This provides a full month to use the carried-over data alongside your new allocation.

5. Are there any special considerations for corporate clients or customized plans?

Yes, for corporate clients requiring Data Roll Over on Corporate Plus Postpaid or PUG Data Plans, or other VSD can be configured upon request. The standard roll over of 30% with 30-day validity applies, but it commences on the next bill cycle. Note that roll over will only apply to the Data resource of the offer/plan.
