Support For Golf Pennats Continues

Telikom Limited is happy to support another sport of ball and clubs as it has done for over 12 years now; first, under the Telikom PNG banner, then as Kumul Telikom Holdings and this year for the third time, as Telikom Limited.

This sponsorship has seen a total of K50,000 being presented to the Royal Port Moresby Golf Club (RPGC) in addition to the K20,000 in-kind support for the 2023 Golf Pennants.

Earlier last month, the Chief Executive Officer for Teliom Limited, Mr. Amos Tepi, met with the President of RPGC Mr. Ian Hodge and the Operations Manager for RPGC, Mr. Josh Dixon,  to make a cheque presentation of K50,000.

Mr. Tepi was pleased to express how sporting events as such were a good avenue for relaxation whilst at the same time forging business relationships.

Said President for RPGC, Ian Hodge, “On behalf of the RPGC, I would like to say that the legacy we have with Telikom Limited has been outstanding. It’s really a great relationship and we thoroughly appreciate it.” He further added that the important thing about pennants is the creation of long term relationships but more importantly, it fulfils cultural diversity.

Sporting events as such paves the way for promoting teamwork and communication and is an integral part of breaking barriers.
